Exhibit 4. How is powder cocaine referred to in the four regions of the country?*

A map of the United States divided up into regions (West, Midwest, Northeast, and South).

In the West powder cocaine is referred to as blow, coke, dust, fast, flake, nose candy, powder, sniff, snow, sugar, white, white boy, white lady, and yao.

In the Midwest powder cocaine is referred to as blow, coke, girl, powder, shirt, SNORT, and white.

In the Northeast powder cocaine is referred to as blow, coke, flake, flave, girl, lady, nose candy, product, aunt, cola, perico, powder, sister, snow, snow birds, white, big C, devil's dandruff, and uptown.

In the South powder cocaine is referred to as blow, coca, coke, girl, lady, she, powder, shake, shrile, snow, soft, toot, white, blanca, white girl, white horse, white lady, ASPRIN, bird, candy, and sugar.
