Heroin was widely available in Seattle, Denver, St. Louis, New Orleans, Detroit, Miami, Columbia, Baltimore, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and Portland. It was somewhat available in Los Angeles, El Paso, Memphis and Chicago. It was not very available in Billings and not available in Sioux Falls.
