• America's Children: Key National Indicators of Well-Being—First annual report from the Federal Interagency Forum on Child and Family Statistics. Presents 25 indicators on critical aspects of children’s lives, including drug use.
• Blending Perspectives and Building Common Ground: A Report to Congress on Substance Abuse and Child Protection—US Department of Health and Human Services
  Describes the extent and scope of the problem of substance abuse in the child welfare population; types of services provided to the population; the effectiveness of those services; and recommendations for legislative changes that might be needed to improve service coordination.
• CASA—The National Center for Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University. This site explores the costs and impact of substance abuse treatment, as well as prevention and treatment information.
• Centers for the Application of Prevention Technologies (CAPT)—The primary mission of the CAPT system is to bring research to practice by assisting States/ Jurisdictions and community-based organizations in the application of the latest research-based knowledge to their substance abuse prevention programs, practices, and policies.
• Coalition Toolkit, CADCA—The toolkit is designed to assist community coalitions in funding, training, public policy, research, and media strategies.
• Combating Underage Drinking—A Compendium of Resources
• Core Institute: Center for Alcohol and Other Drug Studies—Promotes drug and alcohol prevention on college campuses. The CORE Institute site contains survey instruments to measure the effectiveness of existing prevention programs. Statistics are also available on drug and alcohol use on campuses across the nation.
• CSAP—A component of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention's mission is to provide national leadership in the Federal effort to prevent alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drug problems. This goal is addressed by connecting people and resources to innovative ideas and strategies.
• Drugs and the Internet: An Overview of the Threat to America's Youth—This report provides an overview of the threat that certain Web sites pose to adolescents and young adults.

• PAVNET Partnerships Against Violence Network -- PAVNET Online is a "virtual library" of information about violence and youth-at-risk, representing data from seven different Federal agencies. It is a "one-stop," searchable information resource to help reduce redundancy in information management and provide clear and comprehensive access to information for States and local communities.
• Prevention Knowledge Base, NIDA—A searchable database containing summaries of prevention research articles.
• PRIDE—An international organization designed to involve high school students in peer and community outreach. The primary goal of PRIDE is to alert youth and the community about drug violence and to promote drug-free living.
• Soy Unica! Soy Latina!, CSAP—This interactive Web site engages young Latinas in positive activities and encourages dialogue that promotes healthy lifestyles
