The ATTC Network transmits the latest knowledge, skills and attitudes of professional addiction treatment practice.
Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program (DCDG)

DCDG provides financial and technical assistance to states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and American Indian tribal governments to develop and implement treatment drug courts that effectively integrate substance abuse treatment, mandatory drug testing, sanctions and incentives, and transitional services in a judicially supervised court setting with jurisdiction over nonviolent, substance-abusing offenders.
Recovery Community Services Program (RCSP)

RCSP is a grant program of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (SAMHSA-CSAT). In RCSP grant projects, peer-to-peer recovery support services are provided to help people initiate and/or sustain recovery from alcohol and drug use disorders. Some RCSP grant projects also offer support to family members of people needing, seeking, or in recovery.
Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners (RSAT) Program

The RSAT Formula Grant Program assists states and units of local government in developing and implementing residential substance abuse treatment programs within state and local correctional and detention facilities.
SAMHSA Conference Grant Program

The purpose of the Conference Grant Program is to support up to 75 percent (to a maximum of $50,000) of the total direct costs of domestic conferences developed for knowledge synthesis and dissemination. The goal of SAMHSA's knowledge synthesis and dissemination activities is to improve the quality of the Nation's substance abuse treatment and prevention services and systems. Conferences supported will involve coordinating, exchanging and dissemination knowledge to improve the provision of effective treatment, recovery, early intervention, and prevention services for individuals who suffer from, or are at risk for, problems related to mental illness and/or substance abuse.
Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Block Grant
Sponsoring Agency: SAMHSA
The SAPT Block Grant, the cornerstone of the States' substance-related programs, accounts for approximately 40 percent of public funds expended on substance prevention activities and treatment services. This grant program disburses funds to the States, Territories, and the District of Columbia based on a congressionally mandated formula.
