Pursuant to the Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act, be advised that the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) does not perform any commercial activities by in-house employees. The following activities, which are capable of being performed by private vendors, have been contracted out:
- Audiovisual Products and Services
- Computer Systems Support
- Telecommunications
- Photography
- Transportation
- Special Studies and Analysis
- Advertising and media relations for the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign
In addition, the Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration (OA), provides the following services to ONDCP:
- Payroll Services
- Printing and Reproduction
- Communications Services
The remainder of ONDCP activities is inherently governmental and relates to the agency's mission to develop the National Drug Control Strategy and Budget and monitor its implementation and performance by the National Drug Control Program agencies.
